In 2009, the company expanded its business by becoming a property services provider under its subsidiary, PT Global Jasa Sejahtera. Our property services are the perfect complement to the main function of the company as a property developer. Services offered include building security, housekeeping services, technical services, and property management.

The Company implements a series of standardized procedures in its property management services to increase the building investment value for the property owner while keeping the property management cost as efficient as is humanly possible. The company currently manages numerous properties with a total building area of 530,000 sqm, employing more than 500 engineering and housekeeping personnel, as well as approximatley 2,000 security personnel.

In recent years, the company has focused on expanding the high-potential building security segment, resulting in its robust growth. Through solid commitment, loyalty, and a dedication to client satisfaction, the company looks optimistically towards a bright future as one of the most trusted and rapidly expanding security providers.
