  Overview


Employees are one of the main assets that should be maintained and improved their welfare. Therefore, MNC Land has set up policies in social responsibility for the employment, health and safety which are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In addition, MNC Land along with MNC Peduli also conduct social activities through programs including:

  1. Free eye examinations for employees at MNC Studios Kebon Jeruk.
  2. Established MNC Healthcare Center Clinic with complete facilities at MNC Plaza, Kebon Sirih. MNC Healthcare Center is a collaboration of MNC Life and Siloam Hospitals Group in order to provide the best health services for more than 10,000 MNC Group employees and the community located around Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.
  3. Implementation of compliance related to employment, health and safety for MNC Group employees.
  4. Training for MNC Group employees which aims to improve skills and develop competencies.
  5. Regularly collaborate with Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in holding blood donations in the MNC Group office area.

Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset utama yang harus dijaga dan ditingkatkan kesejahteraannya. Karena itu, MNC Land telah menyusun kebijakan dalam tanggung jawab sosial di bidang ketenagakerjaan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja yang dijalankan dengan mematuhi peraturan perundang-udangan yang berlaku.

Selain itu, MNC Land bersama MNC Peduli juga melakukan kegiatan sosial melalui program antara lain:

  1. Pemeriksaan mata gratis bagi karyawan di MNC Studios Kebon Jeruk.
  2. Peresmian Klinik MNC Healthcare Center dengan fasilitas lengkap di MNC Plaza, Kebon Sirih. MNC Healthcare Center merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara MNC Life dengan Siloam Hospitals Group agar dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terbaik bagi 10.000 lebih karyawan MNC Group dan masyarakat yang berlokasi di sekitar Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat.
  3. Penerapan kepatuhan terkait ketenagakerjaan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja untuk karyawan MNC Group.
  4. Pelatihan bagi karyawan MNC Group yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan mengembangkan kompetensi.
  5. Secara rutin bekerjasama dengan PMI dalam mengadakan donor darah di wilayah perkantoran MNC Group.
