  Overview

Pursuant to Law No. 40/2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, dividend distribution must be approved by shareholders in AGMS upon proposal from the Board of Directors. Additionally, the Company’s Articles of Association state that dividend may only be distributed when the Company is financially capable based on GMS decision. The Board of Directors has the right to change the dividend policy at any time upon GMS approval.
