Indonesian citizen. He completed his education at the Military Academy (AKMIL) in 1986, the Army Command and Staff School (SESKOAD) in 1999, the National Resilience Institute (LEMHANNAS) in 2012, and the Army Command and Staff School (SESKOAD) in 2010.
He was appointed as President Commissioner/ Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2025.
He has over 36 years of experience in the Indonesian National Army, with several strategic positions, including Deputy Intelligence Assistant (Waasintel) Commander of the TNI in 2013 and Chief of Staff of the Military Regional Command IV/Diponegoro (KASDAM IV/Dip) in 2015. In 2017, he served as Deputy Head of the Strategic Intelligence Agency of the Indonesian National Army (WAKABAIS TNI). In 2018, he served as Commander of the Jayakarta Military Regional Command (PANGDAM JAYA). In 2019, he served as Chief of General Staff of the Indonesian National Army (KASUM TNI). In 2020, he served as Head of the Indonesian National Army Strategic Intelligence Agency (KABAIS TNI).
He has received several distinguished honors, including the Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Nararya in 2015, the Satya Lencana Dharma Bantala in 2017, the Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya, the Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Pratama, and the Bintang Dharma in 2018, the Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama in 2019, and the Satya Lencana Kesetiaan XXXII (32) Years in 2019.

She previously served as Member of the House of Representatives from Hanura Party (Commission I (one)–Defense, Communications, Information, Foreign Affairs) during 2009-2014. She was also a member of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency (BKSAP), Bilateral Cooperation Group (GKSB) Indonesian Parliament and Chinese Parliament, Member of Commission III (three)–Legal, Human Rights, National Police (2009-2010), Member of the House of Representatives from PDIP during 1999-2004 while holding various positions as Leader of PDIP, Secretary of Party, Member of Commission I (one) (Politics, Foreign Affairs, National Police, Army and Defense and Security). Member of Commission IX (nine), Commission VIII (eight) and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency (BKSAP).
