Plan, organize, and execute golf sales events, tournaments, wedding/gathering and MICE. This includes scheduling, logistics, catering arrangements, player registration, sponsorship coordination, and managing on-site activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
Proactively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients, event planners, community organizations and wedding organizer.
Prepare detailed event proposals, including pricing, packages, and services offered. Negotiate terms with clients to secure bookings and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and increase event bookings.
Work within set budgets for each event and ensure cost-effectiveness in all aspects of event planning, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with golf course staff, F&B teams, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations and excellence service delivery.
Job Requirement
Age max 42 years old.
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
Has experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality, with a focus on golf-related events is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales manager required.
Sales-driven mindset of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
